In 2014, Golden Sun has been appointed as the host of the 57th Asia-Pacific Film Festival (APFF) in Thailand. The APFF is one of the most established and important film festival over half century. The first APFF (originally named Southeast Asia Film Festival) was held in Tokyo in 1954. Mrs Kathy Lan, the Chairman of Golden Sun, is the Head of Organizing Committee of the festival this year.
