A variation on the Hong Kong "repentant gangster" theme. A retired Vietnamese solider finds himself inextricably embroiled in the cycle of violence when, after he's moved to London with hopes of a peaceful civilian life with his girlfriend, rival Chinese gangs target him for persecution.
