The Hong Kong P9lic Superintendent Stuart Wong and his partner Sharon Ko are hot on the trail of drug smugglers from Mainland China. They Work together with Lam Siu and Li Chu, special agents from the Chinese Security Bureau. During the investigation, Stuart discovers that Sharon’s uncle, William Kong is actually the head of the drug smuggling syndicate.

Lam Siu’s wife Gilly turns out to be Sharon’s long lost sister, but William Kong kidnaps his own niece in order to threaten them into stopping the investigation.

With Tong Li’s help, an undercover agent from Hong Kong, Stuart and Sharon manage to track down William Kong’s drug base which is on a remote island in the South China Sea. A massive land, sea and air joint operation is launched by the Chinese Security Bureau and the Hong Kong Police, which finally sees the demise of the drug king…
