Savage king, sea Lord and Hua are mobsters in the Miao street area in three sections with equal power. They were fighting over the profit from trading girls for prostitution.  After the death of Sea lord ,he left away two daughters Lou Li and Hsiao Lan.

     Later, Hsiao Lan was kidnapped by Savage king .She was sent to a whorehouse and work for him there .In meanwhile ,Hsiao Lan met Pei Ni who want to write a thesis about Spiritual and Sensual.

     Lou Li want to save Hsiao Lan but failed and was saved by Pei Ni. Lou Li then was seeking help from a friend Ch’n Wu. On the other hand, Pei Ni was seriously injured for saving Hsiao Lan. At last, Lou Li and Ch’n Wu killed Savage king and they saved Hsiao Lan .Pei Ni also completed the work on her thesis and realize the meaning of Spiritual and Sensual.
