Kwan was a small potato in Taipei. One day, he was getting in troublesome with some gangsters. Fortunately, he was helped by Fu ,who was a gangster leader. He gathered with Fu’s illegal business and become very success. He was given a name called Black Leopard.

     But later, Fu was falling love with Kwan’s lover, Yi-Na. He didn’t know the relation of Kwan & Yi-Na. Fu get married with Yi-Na at the end. Kwan accepted all of this. When Fu knew the truth, Fu frustrated with Kwan’s foolish ……

     At that time, Kwan only wanted to quit the illegal business under the permission of Fu. But another big brother-Hung thought Kwan & Fu would block his “Tycoon-dreaming”. So in meanwhile, Hung co-operated with another gangster leader, Luk in drugs trading. They killed Fu through the help of Hung at the end.

     Kwan takes a revenge for Fu ……
