Cop Wong Wai came from oversea and his uncle, who is a superintendent, was killed. Wong Wai investigated the case. He found a part of a finger and it is belongs to a criminal who had supposedly executed two years earlier. Wong Wai decided to investigate starting from the jail and managed to get himself thrown into jail.
