Jon Hau Wing-choi spins this low-budget exploitation flick starring Carrie Ng Kar-lai. Hapless cop Shek (David Wu Tai-wai) is unable to piece together a single clue in a series of rapes and murders terrorizing the streets of Hong Kong.
