The story occurs in carrier "Ming Sze Har" which berth nearby the seacoast. In order to pay the revenge to special action unit, the ferocious bomb terrorist use the trick to induce Wah Fei Lung’s brother to the carrier and ties up him in the high mast tower, and request the special action unit to rescue him.
