There is a myth in China: a miracle stone can empower the river.  If people drink the water, they will have supernatural energy.  Cheung picks up the miracle stone by a chance and order her sister, Chi to bring it to Hong Kong for examination.  During the journey, she met a Pongo, Chi Tak.  Later, Chi is suffering from an attack and asks Chi Tak to protect the stone, chi Tak excapes to an electricity station and but she spoils the affair which makes the stone touches the electricity and Wah and Shan swoon.  When Chi wakes up, she sees a strange man and discover he is …
