Ching dong and Kao Fu offend a foreigner Leon and get pursued by Leon’s killers.  During the chase, Leon is killed and his men also accidentally killed Leon’s wife and daughter.  Ching is arrested.  For the love for his daughter and loyalty to his friend, Ching takes all the blame, Kao adopts Ching’s daughter Ming and changes his name.

20 years later, Ching comes out of jail but is murdered by Leon’s only son Cougar as soon as he steps out to freedom.  Kao arrives too late, Cougar hires a Japanese ninja and a Thai boxer to help seeking revenge for the death of his family.  His girl friend Shirley is also a martial artist.  Cougar eventually locates Kao and tries to kidnap him and his two daughters.  They are rescued by Wah whose father shared to same cell with Ching, since Ching look after Wah’s father in jail.  The old man told Wah before he died that he must look after Ching’s family in return.  They are now Kao and his family.

Cougar swears to kill Ching’s whole family, this turns Shirley against him.  Wah also thinks that Ching’s paid his debt after 20 years in jail, and that revenge is nonsense.  Once again Cougar tries to trap Ming but Wah manages to get her out with Shirley’s help.  Cougar is infuriated.  He wants to get Wah into a duel, so he has the ninja and the Thai ambush Wah, but Wah beats them and then faces a final death game with Cougar.

Policewoman Miss Yeung, Who is the daughter of a millionaire Yeung Siu Yau, is dissatisfied with her father as he has a lust for women after her mother died.  On the other side, Yeung Siu Yau dislikes his daughter as a policewoman.  They care for each other, but they lack for communication.

Wai Hong Hong, who is the stepmother of the policewoman Miss Yeung, has planed to kill her husband Yeung Siu Yau.  However, she finds that the policewoman is the inheritor.  She saves Yeung Siu Yau and transfers the target to the policewoman.  She will kill the millionaire after the policewoman died.
