A delightful comedy about a little boy Chi-Kin whose only wish was to become a cop - the twist was that his entire family was a family of criminals! When Chi-Kin was grown up, his dream came true and became a Cop. During a mission, he met with a sweet girl and fell in love with her at first sight. When Chi-Kin and his supervisor Chu destroyed a case of drug traction, Wu, the leader of a triad, hired a killer called Thousand-face to kill them for take a revenge. Thousand-face entered to the police station and killed a cop. In order to escaping from the killing, Chi-Kin and Chu disguised themselves as a pastor and a scout respectively. However, their behaviors were criticized. As a result, they were ordered to pretend to have mentally problem and went to a psychiatric hospital. When they knew that the Thousand-face also disguised as Wu and entered to this hospital, this led to a shoot-out between them. Finally, Thousand-face was arrested, but Chi-Kin and Chu were forced to stay in the psychiatric hospital…
